My sites are all ranked somewhere between Pluto and "who cares!?"
But, if I wanted to learn SEO, this is what I would do:


1. Point your browser to the most popular search engine (currently Google)
2. Type in the letters " SEO "
3. Click on the "Search" button
4. Go to the fist listing which teaches about how to learn SEO

(Because, of all of the thousands upon thousands of people claiming
they can teach you, that company has just proven they can actually do it.)

True enough.  I'm sure that many other people are
ranking quite well for other "keywords" and probably
making some great money that way.

My point in this post is that there are so many people
selling SEO information and packages or tools... But
many of them are still talking about things like getting
backlinks from articles, and spreading the old
"duplicate content" lie.

...Even I can see that they are scamming people,
and I wondered what I would do if I wanted to learn
SEO-- Who would I pay money to learn from?  That's
how I came up with the answer and I thought I would
share it.
